We are sorry if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

For Automotive & Residential Custom Items

Sadly, due to the custom nature of these products we do not accept returns or cannot issue refunds.

The only exception to these terms is, should the product be faulty, in which case our warranty policy applies. Please contact us at we will be glad to help you.

For Standard Items:

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges and will be required to pay a 20% restocking fee. Photos of your item will need to be provided before we can accept any returns. Please email these photos to

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Original shipping costs are non‐refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping as well as the original shipping cost, will be deducted from your refund. Excluding warranty covered replacements.  


If your item was damaged during shipping, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement product if available. A full refund can also be issued if requested. Photos of the damages will need to be provided before we can issue a replacement. Please also provide a photo of the shipping label.
